Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie - Sweetened with Monk Fruit

  • Half an Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp of cream cheese
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 
  • 2 Tsp of Crave Sweetness Monk Fruit 
  • 1 Cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsps of vanilla extract 
  • 1 cups of Milk or Milk Alternative


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth (time will very depending the blender).
  3. For a thicker consistency, add ice before blending.
  4. For a thinner consistency, add additional milk or milk ingredients.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
